I have posted this before, but it does not get old. It is a TedxTalk by Louie Schwartzberg on Gratitude. This is so, so worth less than 10 minutes of your time. November is practiced by many as a month of gratefulness. I don't focus on gratefulness in November per se. I am trying to practice this every day of every month of every year. I fail most days. But some days, I remember.
