Enjoy this great clip of three songs performed by the talented and versatile Eleanor McEvoy from the 2007 Balcony TV Music Video Awards at the Sugar Club in Dublin (June 9, 2007).
First, Eleanor demonstrates her proficiency and soul in a traditional celtic folk song on fiddle. Her voice *is* the plaintiff cry.
The second song begins at about 3:16 with a celtic rock song on electric guitar. The third piece, at 7:16 is an acoustic blues number. I think she is really talented, if not well known in these parts.

Enjoyed all of these but especially the violin...wow!
I know what you mean about the cooler weather. We had the woodstove going on Friday night and it took the chill off nicely. There's nothing like that good wood heat.
Glad you're back to blogging; it is a good connector and we all need connecting!!
