If I ruled the world, every day would be the first day of spring . . . every heart would have a new song to sing.
This seems the right mood for a Friday evening after a long week. When I was younger, I used to fantasize that I had my own radio show. I'd talk in a low, smokey, slow kind of radio voice and play all the songs that suited me on any given night. Listeners would enjoy my show and call in requests. I'd make far away friends that I'd never meet.
Instead, I have no radio show and a clear, quick sounding kind of voice. I do have a blog that includes occasional music posts, however, and it is kind of nice to have friends who read the blog now and then, and I've made some far away friends that I will probably never meet. Any requests? We're keeping it eclectic here at WJPP . . .
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, I've eaten the last yellow jelly bean in the giant bowl on the dining room table. They are all gone. There are no more. The orange ones are not bad, but they are so second place. Have a great weekend.

P.S. Speaking of the first day of spring, which was a couple of weeks ago . . . after some wonderful and warm days, it is cold and snowy this evening. Yes, snow is in the air . . . but hopefully it won't stay on the ground.
Yikes, sorry for that! The snow I mean. The jelly bean progression here is pink, purple then yellow. The rest...I let Bob eat!
Very nice!
Thanks for playing my song on your radio show! You would make a great host, so I'll be back to listen.
AND I just ate the last peanut butter filled pastel beans last night :O(
Enjoy your weekend!!
